so this is the project i've been working on for awhile now, after losing two friends this year it has been pretty tough for me, and i thought i would create a community for people living with mental illness and also some fun and exciting topic's for people to meet other people maybe living with the same illiness and to help other's with problem's that they are having and give advice on how they get over those's problems.

for myself, im living with anxiety and depression, and i would like to pass on what I've learn't and how i help myself and this is why i've made this website / forum
i really hope this forum works and grow's i've put my heart and soul into this project :wub: and i hope this will help friends, family and people all over the world.
